Cookie & Local Storage Policy

We believe in visitor privacy and technical transparency. This directory operates on a cookie-less architecture for all first-party browsing and analytics.

Our Privacy-First Architecture

Unlike conventional directory portals, Swing Directory does not track individual visitors across the web.

• No First-Party Tracking Cookies: This website does not place any tracking, profiling, or analytical cookies on your computer or mobile device.
• Functional Local Storage: We use your browser's standard localStorage strictly to store your consent banner choice (cookie-consent-decision). This technical preference is stored locally on your device so that you are not repeatedly prompted on every page load, in full compliance with ePrivacy guidelines (Directive 2002/58/EC Art. 5(3)) and the Norwegian Electronic Communications Act (Ekomloven § 3-15 for strictly necessary technical storage).
• Cookie-Less Anonymous Statistics: Our traffic statistics are aggregated directly on our own server without using tracking cookies. We record anonymous page visits and outbound click counts (URL, referrer, timestamp) without capturing your IP address, browser fingerprint, or personal identity.

External Links & Third-Party Platforms: When you voluntarily follow outbound links or click partner buttons to external platforms (such as JOYclub, SDC, SpicyMatch, Wyylde), you navigate to independent third-party websites. Those external platforms maintain their own cookie policies and may place tracking or affiliate attribution cookies on their own domains. You can inspect or clear your browser's local storage and manage external cookies at any time through your browser settings.
